OFFICIAL LANGUAGE

English will be the official language of the workshop.
No translation will be provided except during the official opening of the workshop.

PARTICIPATION

Participation of the workshop is mainly by invitation.
However some space is kept available for particularly well-qualified scientists who are supposed to apply to the Directors for attendance. Applicants should submit their CV, title and abstract of their contribution by e-mail. 

POSTER SESSION

Participants who are willing to report case studies on operational oceanography can present posters with size up to 800 x 1200 mm. Directors should be notified before 15.09.2007. Poster session will be part of the workshop.

PUBLICATION

Proceedings of the workshop will be published by SPRINGER in NATO Science for Peace and Security series: C-Environmental Security.
